Brad Pitt lead us in a little run around the Field of Dreams then to the middle of the field

The Thang

Name of Workout: Freed to Lead

I asked for help from some great HIMs Brad Pitt, Green Mile, Copper, Sooorie, and Jackalope, each man brought a workout that they are known for. I then broke the men up into four groups and rotated the groups to the different stations.

Jackalope: Brought the tunes!!!!

Brad Pitt: Lead us in the warm-up run and finished with the Mary.

Green Mile: Ran one station that consisted of Elevens.

Copper: Had a station running with Dora’s.

Sooorie: Brought his BBT and also incorporated a hill at the field to bring some extra pain.

Lamb Chop/myself: Ran an escalator with coupons.

All the groups got a chance to experience each station before we ended, with time still on the clock, we then formed a circle in the middle of the field and ran a Ring of Fire using Merkins. Each man would do 3 merkins and the man on the left would start his merkins on the man’s second merkin. We did this three times, and two more times replacing the merkins with squats.

With 2 Minutes left we had Brad Pitt finish us off with his SIX INCHES. LOL
