Moseyed around school for a brief warm-up. Was bullied to jump in middle of circle instead of comfortably leading from edge.

After each throw to set target Pax would “anything but walk” (I.e Bear Crawl, lunge, etc)

Each stroke was worth 10 reps at end. So 3 strokes to hit target = 30 of said exercise of Pax who hit target. Played 6 holes.

Remaining 10 minutes.

Ran a Baby Spartan.

10 all out sprints across parking lot then Flutter kicks at end, switched to merkins towards end.
