This is for Fudd since he is keeping track of how many times he post each week and striving for that 2 times a week mark! True HIM there! We had a great crowd this morning and as always, great mumble chatter! A couple times we were close to a mutiny as things that are put on paper look great the night before, but when you actually do them during a beatdown, they suck and the PAX Revolt!
After a quick mosey to the front of the school for a warm-up, we got right to work:
THE THANG:
Doomsday Clock:
Pax stayed in a circle and got into a plank. Pax #1 does 5 Merkins and hold planks, then then next Pax does 5 Merkins, hold plank and so on. If a Pax drops to the ground, he is out. Pax that drop out then start running the parking lot loop. The last Pax remaining is crowned the Champion! The winner was WALL-E!!! BEAST MODE after being back Covid last week! Nice work and so much better than Fudd that never made it to his Merkins. Next, we moseyed to the teacher the parking lot next to the school.
Animal Parade:
Pax line up on the parking lots lines. Pax in in the back bear crawls to the front while the Pax do burpees. Like an Indian Run, with no running. Fudd did not like these..lots of whining. We then moseyed to the other side the school and dodged the school buses and bus drivers.
Partner Up:
Partner A did the exercises below, while Partner B ran. When Partner A was finished with the excercise, he switched with Partner B.
75 Hand Release Merkins
125 Leg Raises
175 Squats
225 LBCs
275 SSHs
We got about half way through, but Fudd was too busy watching a UFO fly by and talking about Shooting Stars! Completely kept Lively from getting through his reps. Distracted Yogi so much that he left!
Time was running low, so we moseyed back to the flag and finished up with some Mary. Fudd led us with some lay on your back and look for shooting stars and Carmen led us with some BBS.
Prayers for Panhandle, our Troops and Americans in Afghanistan, and our leaders.
We had a great crowd this morning and as always, great mumble chatter! A couple times we were close to a mutiny as things that are put on paper look great the night before, but when you actually do them during a beatdown, they suck and the PAX Revolt! Enjoyed the mumble chatter, especially all the Shooting Star and UFO chatter! Where was Sally Ride???
