WARMUP: Mosey, Weed Pickers, Windmills, Son Gods OYO
THE THANG: In groups of three we did a Dora consisting of 100 squats with sandbags, 200 over the shoulder sandbag tosses, and 300 flutter kicks holding sand bags over head, cumulative. While one PAX did exercises, another air-chaired/planked waiting for the 3rd to run around the track 1 lap. Each rotated around picking up the count where the others left off.
