Intro:
Advance communication encouraged PAX to bring a jacket in their ruck, and organize for several sandbags to be shared.
Sandbags: 2x 20lbs, 2x 40lbs, 1x 60lbs, and 1x 65lb
YHC supplied two 8ft poles.

Phase 1:
Transport “supplies” to a destination west nearly 2 miles via the Noonday Creek trails. PAX determined to start with all but 2 of the sandbags attached to the poles for 4 man carry, rotating PAX, and the remaining bags passed among the group also in a rotating fashion.
This continued for the first mile, at which point YHC instructed the PAX to redistribute supplies in their individual components and carry the poles free of weights. The next .5 mi “dark” with only red headlamps and minimal volume.

Phase 2:
Exit the Noonday Creek Trails at Stonebridge parkway and land in a local parking lot for PT.
Pass-the-Popcorn:
Circle up and distribute sandbags. Perform the exercises when a coupon comes to you, and pass the coupon to the right after each exercise. Air-chair whenever waiting a turn with a sandbag, much like a ring-of-fire.

Pass-the-Popcorn:
5 Bent-over Rows
5 Weighted Squats
5 Curls
5 Air Presses

4 Minute Form Block: The ‘Merkin
Partner up, rucks off.
1st partner takes the first round of 60 seconds to do merkins while partner 2 does no reps and offers critical feedback to 1st partner in regards to his form in executing the exercise.
(Reps don’t matter. Goal is 60 seconds of best quality work possible, modification encouraged)
Partners rotate when 60 second timer ends. 2 rotations each, total of 4 minutes of form work on merkins per team.

Phase 3:
Ruck up and beat dirt to the Dunkin’ battle zone 400 meters east ASAP for delivery of supplies and casualty exfil.
Once on location, PAX fashioned an improvised stretcher for casualty transport using poles and jackets. “Homer,” the casualty in question, has 24 holes and must be carefully and swiftly delivered to Extraction Zone 1 mile further east.
With the “supplies” delivered – sandbags and donuts are now “Homer” loaded in the stretcher.
PAX rotated on the stretcher at an accelerated pace to get Homer to the EZ.

Location was reached 15 minutes after the intended time, but rendezvous and casualty evac successful and all PAX accounted for.
