Get to know Blow pop trivia.  Circled the Blankets parking lot for 4 corners of Burpees, Lunges (2 Count), Outlaws, Wide Squats.  You had to add one rep at each corner but only had to complete one exercise at each corner. Not too bad until we started getting to 36 lunges.

Picked up the 6 at the burpee station to ask a trivia question about the Site q, Blowpop.  Get it right, we moved on, get it wrong, we did Blowpop’s least favorite f3 exercise, the hand release merkin.  Varying amounts of these were done each time.
