Many pax were comfortable this holiday gloom fartsacking away.. meanwhile a few where getting uncomfortable sweating out their demons, and  a few others running their asses off.

Gut Check, Wally, and Foosball made like Forest Gump and kept running this morning for 10 miles in preparation for the relay race this week.

YHC, Gracie, and Icy Hot made the Clinic our playground of discomfort.  It only takes one other pax for you to do what you wouldn’t on your own, and to do more; two more pax even better.

Warm-o-rama: 1/4 mile mosey, plank jump ins, SSH, MP’s

Thang: Bernie sanders up the sidewalk hill, 10 plank jumps at bottom, 10 star jumps at top; 4 times.

-Captain Thors on oh so soft grass at top of hill

-raccoon crawl down the walls to the field

-WMD’s up the stairs, method of travel was bunny hop every step; 3 rounds

-Fast Mary: sprint across field from sidewalk to sidewalk. End of each sprint a pax calls an exercise (had time for 5 sprints)
