It was a cold, wet Thursday morning….just the type you want to wake up and run in ????. The winds were coming out of the S/SE at 4.2 knots with little sign of human life in the downtown Woodstock area.
It was 5:15am and with none of my F3 brothers in sight, I had a few options. I could go back home and snuggle back into my warm bed, go to Awful Waffle and have an 800 calorie intake, or I could go run for an hour.
I did what any pax reading this post would do….I ran for my ghost brother to my left and ghost brother to my right for 8 miles. I ran for the brother who is injured, my brother who may be feeling down and gloomy who didn’t come, and my brother who just plain fart sacked. I ran for you.
I also ran because I needed the miles so I could go kick some ass in the Savannah half marathon this weekend with my M! ????
