I expected very low attendance the morning after a late night spent celebrating the 2021 World Series Champs, our ATLANTA BRAVES!

The pax of the Colosseum surprised me, and we had a great showing of 12 (all above + JoyCon).

Moseyed down to one of the lower lots, typical warm-o-rama, with one addition. A new exercise called the Tomahawk Chop.  It was admirably performed, and submission to the Exicon is forthcoming.

The Thing:

We moseyed back up and found some cones, as well as a suspicious white board. The Pax made fun of its diminutive size, but  it gets the job done.  I reminded them of one of my parenting life lessons: You get what you get, and you don’t pitch a fit.

We partnered up and did the following exercises Dora style. Reps started at 26 (number of years since our last WS), then went to 52. The other partner took a Braves victory lap around the parking lot.

• Rocky Balboas (4 count)
• American Hammers (4 count)
• V-ups
• Explosive Merkins
• Squats

Side note, when planning this BD, exercises starting with V and E are few and far between.

We then moseyed back to the flag for a full 6 minutes of Mary. We really enjoyed Rowboat’s signature move.
