INTRO:

It has been a while since us Safarians have ventured outside of the friendly confines, so YHC took a tour of the surrounding area!

WARM-O-RAMA:

YCH arrived a little early and the PAX started rolling in. We started our mosey down the road by the Baseball fields, circled-up, jumped out of the way of Quagmire coming in hot, and did the following:

Weed Pickers – 10 IC

Imperial Walker – 10 IC

Good Mornings – 10 IC

SSHs – 10 IC

THE THANG:

We then started our thing! At the end of the entrance to the Safai, just before East Cherokee, we circled up and did 10 Burpees. Next, our adventure continued and we ran outside of the Safari to the parking lot of the Wells Fargo and did 20 Overhead Presses, then 10 Burpees. Next, ran past the Waffle House (smelled so good), the McDonalds (a little funky smelling), past the Gas Station and at the Ace Hardware and did 30 Merkins, 20 OPs & 10 Burpees. Continued the tour and ran to La Parilla, added 40 BBSs to the previous routine and ran by Kroger to the far end of the Parking Lot, across of the Great Wall and added 50 Squats to the prior exercises.

Next, we lined up on a parking space line, got in a plank position and bear crawled to the next line, did 1 Merkin. Bear crawled to the next line and did 2 Merkins, and so on. We finished when we got to 10 Merkins. With 10 minutes remaining, we ran back to the Flag and did 8 mins of Mary, with each PAX getting an opportunity to call out an exercise!

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

 We discussed the upcoming Cherokee Convergence and the Fund Raiser for The Carrell Family. We asked for Prayers for Community Leaders and School Leaders with some upcoming tough decisions. We also asked Prayers to look over Duggar’s M who is having knee surgery next week!

NAKED-MOLE SKIN:
