Mosey, SSHs, IWs, WeedPickers, started to do CopperHead Merkins but the PAX were done warming up and wanted to start.

The Thang 1

Triple Nickel – 5 burpees, run, 5 burpees – 5Xs

The Thang 2

Broke the PAX in to different groups, 1-5, but they screwed it up, for five stations.  Timer was the runners when they returned you switched stations.

Get Ups (5 each side) with KTB or Sandbag

Overhead Press (with KTB or Sandbag)

Outlaws (1o each side)

Nur Suicides (run backwards up the hill to three light poles)

Squats with or without the sandbags

The Thang 3

Jack Webbs (1:4) to 10 merkins and 40 air presses.

Everything was going fine until YHC called on Manning to do some Mary.  Duck, Duck, Goose.  Huh???

Bronco was 6th man and explained how awesome Texas is and the origins of his surname.  Amazing.  Ask him about both.  Riveting stuff.  Got to welcome Spud (Tycoon’s 2.0) to the F3 family.  Only 10 years old and he crushed it today.  Huge basketball fan so we got to Spud Webb somehow.  The kid claims he knows who that is but we still need to see a 5 page book report on him!

Great times at the Paragon with some of the Goon Squad but the major members were missing.  Will have to keep my passport active and immunizations up to date so I can travel up to the North again soon!  Now who is coming south to Q at the Arena?
