At the Morningwood, every two months, we run the Grandmar Loop Sprint, to see how much we have improved since the last run. If you have never been to the Woodmont Hood, the Grandmar Loop is famous up North for its many hills, Soccer Moms, and upside down pineapples (whatever that is). It is so bad that White Claw only wears 25 pounds in his weighted vest. Law Dog does not talk at all and Misty does not brag about the Dawgs! Some of the baddest dudes in F3 go elsewhere when its time for the Grandmar Loop Sprint. Just look at the pic of the one-timers. It is that bad!

This morning, in the snow, we ran the final version of the Grandmar Loop Sprint and Hopper Killed it! He shaved off over 6 minutes from his previous best back in May. Leaky was next with almost 3 mins down. Law Dog, as you can see on the picture, is still out there running.

This was fun and we will do it again in 2022, but a different route! Thanks to all the 25 plus PAX that ran this Grandmar Loop Sprint at least once. Waffle House Run in 3 Weeks!!!
