It’s was the usual suspects at MW plus a surprise visit from Quagmire. The route was the Haley Farm run with the new neighborhood added for distance. The gazelles do what they do and took off leaving Lawdog, Chitwood and Pella in the rear. The Mumblechatter was good, consisting of topics ranging from marathon preparing to The Moles golf game. The sunrise made for a beautiful morning and everyone got in 4 to 5 miles. The CoT included a nip slip from Chitwood and the best methods for preventing chafing. All in all a great run this morning!
