Ran down to Haley Farms entrance where the mole kept running and was never to be seen again.

The thing:
50 single count flutter kicks at Haley Farms entrance. Three-quarter speed run to the first telephone pole conduct five squats and jog back to the entrance. Repeat 50 flutter kicks at the entrance every single trip back and go up in increments of five squats at each telephone pole working back and forth. Squats capped out at 30 working our way to the stop sign.

The mole was the only one who made it to the stop sign. He made it to many stop signs but he never stopped. He just kept running.

With a few minutes to spare there were sprints completed in the parking lot.
