Warmo: Relatively short but fast paced mosey to middle of field. Standard PB warmo

The Thang: Musical Dora with Halloween Music. P1 does exercise, P2 runs to first cone, then bear crawls to second cone, then does 2 burpees, and runs or bernie sanders back. Songs/Exercise pairings were:

• Somebody’s Watching Me – Man Makers
• Thriller – SSH, burpee on “Thriller”

• Monster Mash – HR merkin/derkin/werkin complex
• Voodoo Child – Burpees
• Dead Man’s Party – PB taps

Finisher: Split into 3 teams for costume relay race. Half of each team on one side of field, and half on other. PAX dresses in costume, sprints to other side of field, next PAX puts on costume. Rinse and repeat until all teams finish.

COT: OJ was Six. He talked about staying humble and pouring out strength to others. Prayers to Sky Q.
