Did a fun themed Halloween beatdown. Started with a warmorama, then beatdown began. There were 3 mini-beatdowns. The PAX were given a clue 1 at time to the location of each beatdown. The group had to Indian run while figuring out were each beatdown was which was signaled by an orange cone. Turned out these clues weren’t that hard! Ended with a little Mary.

Clue: Where little things like to creep and crawl and slip and slide all around… where loud screams and cries abound.

Exercise: 7’s of Mike Tysons and T-Bombs

Clue: A terrible place that fill the PAX with dread. Even Led Zeppelin would be horrified, you see, the beatdowns here only end with Burpees

Exercise: Dora – 100 Merkins 100 BBSU. 3 Burpees at the top

Clue: A ghastly place to end the beatdown, and a burner for sure. Lurking in the shadows of ascent just beyond the tent. 

Exercise: 50 Plank Jacks, 50 Mountain Climbers, 50 Squats, 50 Air Presses – Run up hill and around to the flag
