Big showing at the Chatterbox today for the start of this holiday weekend. Like the Chatterbox of the old it was like herding kittens… chaos, chatter, disarray on top of a sweaty nasty beatdown. Melts away the stress of the week, kick all seriousness out the door. I fucking love it!

Quarter pounder (traditional): Sprint to each cone. Merkins 25 each / 100 total , 50 squats count / 150 total, 75 mountain climbers Kodiak / 150 total, SSH 100.

Mosey to parking lot above tennis courts for some F3 deck of pain. Several different exercises drawn.

Shout out to DJ Lizard King for the bad ass beats. Coffee of the day: black rifle AK expresso with Honeypot’s honey, and cocoa liqueurs as a creamer.
