Two years ago it was colder and sleeting when we first opened the gates to the Castle. I appreciate everyone that has supported Castle Black. A big thank you to the Pax that continue to come out often. Without the support from those of you that get up a few minutes earlier to attend Biscuits and Bourbon coffee wouldn’t be a thing.

I looked at some of my past Q’s and used the cones and dice from my VQ. Broke into two groups of three and each group took off with a die stopping at each cone. Each cone had an exercise with a multiplier. Roll the die, multiply the number on the card times what you roll. The only exceptions were the 1/4 lap, which was 1/4 lap of the parking lot multiplied by what you roll, the lunge and the sprint.

Merkins x6, Monkey Humpers x10, American Hammers x6, 1/4 Lap, Mountain Climbers x5, Squats, Flutter Kicks x10, Burpees x5, Lunge back to the Burpee Station and play again, Star Jumps x5,  Sprint back to the Star Jump station and roll the die again.

We started off with all high numbers and fell behind the other group early. Once we got to the burpee station that all changed. I think the other group lowest number on the burpees was equal to our highest roll on the burpees. I am pretty sure they rolled a six and a couple fives or they let Bloodhound have the die for those rolls and that is what he saw.

We repeated the top half (Worse half) of the parking lot, gathered the cones and had about two minutes for Mary.

Lots of prayers needed. Hombre and Family, Scamper and Family, Bloodhounds Father, Harp and his visit to the Doc for his arm. Duggar family. I am sure there were unspoken prayers as well.
