Yesterday after a morning of volleyball and a double cheeseburger and fries from Five Guys I took a run to explore the Colosseum.  Between exploring the vast property of FBC Woodstock and nearly shi….pooping my pants and I found a glorious hill!  This morning YHC moseyed back to the Colosseum and found a very appropriate bush to hide in…and wait…until 5:29:55 and I ambushed the onlookers in pure Foos fashion with no shirt on!  Moseyed about a 100 yards and circled up for the warm-o-rama.  We did various exercises in cadence, I don’t recall the exercise but we did 14 of each for no reason.  Next to the hill, we partnered up and the folks at the bottom of the hill did the following… 20 J-Lo’s, 40 Rosalita’s, 60 big boys, 80 flutter kick (2 count), and 100 LBC’s while the partner sprinted the hill and did 10 side straddle hops at the top and moseyed down to relieve the partner.  This went on for quite some time until Dunshire got delusional and started quoting Monty Python.  Of course, we can’t have Foos Q without some minor humiliation, so we moseyed up another hill to Neece road for a round of 28 monkey humpers.  Unfortunately, we only had 2 cars pass by for the show.  From there we made our way back to the flag, stopping 3 times for 10 burpees and finished time with a short round of mary.  All in All I would say it was a reasonable show.  YHC did have to run back home since I did not drive.  High Dive’s strong brew left me longing to get home quickly, because whats a trip to the Colosseum without nearly shitting your pants!
