The Thang(s)…

Mosey to Matchstick hill. Doing 11s. Top of hill do 1 BBS, bottom of hill do 10 Bobby Hurley’s, etc. I spotted Sasquatch exit the woods where he chose to do some business. Living up to his name.

We almost finished, needed to get to next Thang. Gazelles we’re told to do Mary at the top of the hill. Lots of Gazelles, they did great! FNG (AirBud) didn’t hear me try to stop him from going back down hill whilst the remainder of PAX were calling Mary. Jack Bauer ran after him. 6’s in, we moseyed back to teachers lot.

All PAX line up at edge of lot. Bear crawl 4 parking spaces, crawl bear 2 spaces back, then do 10 squats. Rinse, repeat. Sasquatch was next to me. You can’t slack when Sasquatch is next to you giving it his all, grunting, and just being a HIM.

Brad Pitt, Exile, Geek Squad finished and started in on Mary while the rest were a bit behind. I called an audible for everyone to bear crawl to the end of the lot and we’re finished. Koi had some back talk about my audible but he still pushed through.

A little bit of Mary on the six knocking out the remainder of those bear crawls then mosey back to flag for some remainder Mary. I got ahead of the group(I get too excited sometimes), circled back around to pick up the 6 and saw Sasquatch in the bushes. Dude knows how to push hard, he turned out ok. Exile helped get him back.

Some Mary near the flag to finish us out. Black Swan had to call Bonnie Blairs after all those hill repeats, squats, and bobby hurley’s! My legs were toast. The big debate on whether Merkins are part of Mary or not continues at The Apex as Maaco called them during Mary. As long as we’re still moving and sweating is a win.

Prayers for Viceroy(and all of us) finding joy whilst being at home and no changing of scenery very often. Sasquatch co-worker wife recovering in the hospital after some major surgery. Black Swan church family who lost a son and a father very suddenly.
