We ran/rucked an almost no hill route in Heritage Park and Etowah Park. Its downtown Canton so there is no possible way to avoid all hills. Our hill of the day was Waleska coming back into downtown.

Bonilla sucks!  But he is doing an awesome job at becoming a runner. Keep it up Jacka$$!  It was great to have Tooltime and Dropbox back with us. Foos and Tenderloin were beasts like usual. Z93 skipped the COT because he thinks he’s better then us and he wanted to get in a half marathon. Babyruth ran the 5k route. Great job getting it in. Sorry you ran it alone.
