• 20 Overhead Claps
• 30 Merkins
• 40 BB Situps
• 50 Squats
• Lunge to stage; up and over, balls to wall for 30 second and mozy back after each rep.

Ultimate Football

• Two teams of 5
• If you give up a TD, 5 Burpees; score a TD, 5 Star Jumps; if you drop a pass, 5 Burpees for all
• Not a high scoring game – final score 14-7

Field of Dreams

• 1B – LBCs AMRAP
• 2B – Merkins – AMRAP
• 3B – BB Sit Ups – AMRAP
• Dugout – Plank
• Home – 10 Burpees – at the completion of which, each PAX lunged to the next base

So, YHC specially ordered a light up football for the BD; upon giving up the first score, Exile was so angry he began slamming the ball on the concrete; other pax tried to stop him; Fooseball jumped on his back and they began to roll around in the wet grass – which was disturbing because they were both shirtless.. finally, Exile pulled away and dove for the ball, but he was not quick enough as Brad Pitt kicked it to Picollo; Exile began charging at Picollo who got very wide eyed and threw it to Driftwood. Driftwood takes off, Exile right on his heels… Spaceballs comes running from the other direction and takes a handoff from Driftwood. It would have worked too but, Spaceballs tripped over Grylls who was getting some extra Burpees in; the ball went flying towards NesQuik who dove for it, but Exile tapped it in the air – it was about three feet off the ground and went over Saluki’s head when Exile caught it and began smashing the football on the concrete again… and finally the light in the ball went out… Exile raised in arms in triumph.. and then was tackled by the remaining PAX..
