Ok; So I know the title says Brickyard but Rattlesnake Riviera just didn’t have the same ring to it.

We headed west from the square towards the river before crossing the street and stopping at the parking lot behind Panera Bread.

Here the Pax were divided up into partners.

Partner 1 performed an exercise while Partner 2 moved across the parking lot holding their ruck overhead.  Flapjack and repeat for three different exercises.

Rucks on and we continued west along Main St; Left on Railroad St, Left on Hill St; Left on Academy St.

Right at Canton City Hall on Archer St where we stopped at Church St.

We used the one-way on Church St to do some more partner work again.

Partner 1 performed an exercise (without ruck) while Partner 2 carried both rucks to the designated point and back.  Flapjack and repeat.

Rucks on and we made a bee-line north on Church St back to where we started at the Probation Office.  A few guys raced up the hill but I’m not sure who won so it clearly wasn’t me.

We had an FNG this morning who read about F3 in the local paper, looked up the schedule and joined us this morning.  He picked a great morning as Hopper surprised us all with bacon and biscuits.  Rucking with the bros, an FNG, some good PT, bacon, biscuits, coffee… Happy Hum Day guys!
