Mosey to elementary school off Eagle Dr. and did some SSHs, Windmills, Sun Gods, Michael Phelps.

We then moseyed down the hill do the sidewalk off Eagle Dr. where I gave PAX instructions. We did 11s. Start with 10-4 count Monkey Humpers with butt facing Eagle Dr. , run up hill do 1 Bobby Hurley, then back down, 9-4 count Monkey Humpers, up hill, 2 Bobby Hurleys. This got the quads nice and warm, I mean uhhh burning!! Mosey back to Etwoah HS for more pain.

The Situation asked if Mercins were planned, I enthusiastically said “oh yes!” on our way to back to Etowah HS. We stopped at the base of the stairs that loop a building there and did 20 Mercins OYO. I then explained the routine. Since The Apex cinder coupons were nowhere to be found this morning (YHC was kinda ticked off at this fact), I had to modify this next section fairly quickly. We do laps around the building that has a walkway with stairs throughout connecting pieces of the walkway. There are 3 sections where you must go down stairs then back up to continue around the building(basically a square). Instructions were everytime you change levels(go down or up a set of stairs), you must do 20 Mercins before you get to the next level change. So our first lap would have been 120 Mercins. A little spice YHC threw in was you had to do 2 sets of 50 Calf Raises anywhere during the first lap around the building, you chose where. Second lap YHC insructed PAX to drop to 15 Mercins and 40 Calf Raises. We finished the second lap with about 6 minutes to spare but YHC saw 5 cinder blocks all alone that needed some love. YHC told the PAX to follow back up stairs to cinders. I originally was going to have us all have cinders this whole time and we were going to be doing Overhead Presses as well as Mercins. 5 PAX took the 5 cinders that were there while remaining PAX planked. All PAX put in 25 Overhead Presses. Back to the location where the flag would have been, site Qs are nowhere to be found. Got around 4 minutes of Mary in.

A welcome surprise was Scamper rolling in with coffee for us(he’s on the DL but we appreciate the time he spent with us). We would have been coffeeless as Brady Bunch HCd with coffee but he fartsacked. Prayers for Scamper’s upcoming 2.0 and M. Scheduled c-section next week, praises for Doughboy’s favor at work and answered prayer there.

Today was my 2 year anniversary in F3. 2 years ago Exile EHd me out to Etowah HS(The Apex) before it was launched. They were doing recon for it at the time. Many things have improved over the last 2 years. Ran my first 10k earlier in the week, and F3 has really helped me accelerate not only my fitness but my impact at home with the M too. Really thankful for all the HIMs I am blessed to be able to spend time with throughout the week in the early gloom.
