Warm-up:

Take the bags to the field, drop them down and circle up for some IC Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, and Copperhead Squats.

The Thang:

Starting at the back of the endzone we did 3 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 6 Squats, and 9 Press then tossed the bag until it reached the front of the endzone.  Once the bag was there, we ran to the opposite goal line shuffled left to the corner, back-peddled to the goal line, shuffle right back to the bag.  Once we returned, we repeated the routine and threw the bag to the back of the endzone and repeated the run, knocking off 20 yards each round.

Since the Happy Jack PAX crushed the first routine there was plenty of time for the second.  We partnered up and while partner A held the bag overhead, partner B ran to the 10 and back. The 2 swapped and partner B held overhead while A ran to the 10 and back.  We continued adding 10 yards each swap until both men made it the length of the field and back.  Unfortunately, YHC cannot count well so we ended up with 2 groups of 2 and a group of 2, but whatever, it worked.

Next, we took the party to the sad sets of stairs at the stadium and ran up and down them while dodging dogs.

Finally, we went up to the picnic tables for 11’s of step-up squats and derkins.  Apparently, we need to have a better explanation of how to do 11’s for some guys, that’s my bad.  Sorry Twiggy I thought you knew how those worked but instead you did about a million step-up squats.

Cricket apparently did a lot of work with his shoulders yesterday.  You could really tell, he only came in first for every exercise.
