YHC tried to riff off the inspiration gleaned from Lizard King’s BD last week. I was not, however, able to best him.

We quick moseyed, SSH, WP, CH squats and Michael Phelps.

THANG:

A rather unpleasant half mile loop from the River Ridge front lot, across the street, up the Grapes of Wrath to the front of the middle school, then back around to the round about and then back to the start. Along the way, we had exercise stations (10 squats at hill top, 5 burpees at middle school, 10 murkins at round about, 20 LBC’s at start/finish). It was way too humid to enjoy. That hill was way too high to be doing squats at the top.

And yet, we suffered together and we conquered.

COT: 6th man Lizard King listed every F3 accomplishment he’s ever done. We really were in the presence of greatness. Prayers for Soft Spot’s blending of families, LK’s daughter/ex-wife and GoDaddy’s mother and MIL as they contemplate moving.
