I am really late on this backblast and I cannot fully remember what we did. Since it was just Misty and Myself, I am sure he remembers because it was really memorable. We warmed-up, we ran, and did some exercises on the turf field, parking lot, and memorial area. We also carried some rocks, helped an old lady cross Hyw 20, and painted a teacher’s house. Misty might remember the beatdown from 2 weeks ago, but I cannot. It was cold, I think.

We talked about how Backblast are important (except this one) to write and these are really helpful to the newer PAX. These help with Q’s and give others ideas. It was also weird warming up with just two PAX. You try not to make eye contact!! I will be better next time Misty! Rest Stop out!
