Warm-0-Rama: I Feel Good
Disclaimer was given briefly before unloading one coupon per PAX from YHC’s ’06 Honda Pilot. (Don’t be jealous boys!)

“This is your coupon, there are many like it, but this one is yours.”

Rifle-Carry Coupons overhead around the parking lot and down to the main entrance. This is .4 miles total. The arms can’t hold a coupon over-head that long, so a PAX can call out “I FEEL GOOD” at any time to get a break. For this “break” the PAX who called it leads all in 10 merkins on-coupon.

THE THANG:
If walking and merkins feel good, sprints and man-makers are gonna feel GREAT!!!!

Starting from the parking lot entrance at the main road –  run your coupon up to the first street light and do 5 man-makers.
Drop the coupon there and mosey back to the bottom of the hill.
SPRINT up to the coupon, transport it to the next street light and perform 6 man-makers.
Drop the coupon there and mosey back to the bottom of the hill.
SPRINT up to the coupon, transport it to the next street light and perform 7 man-makers.
Continue ascending in this fashion, progressively longer uphill sprints and increased reps, until reaching the 8th station (12 Man-Makers there.)
