Then resume with the overhead carry towards our destination.

Upon reaching Iron Hill & Eagle Dr, the coupons can be placed on the asphalt while the second movement is explained by YHC.

PART 2:
Run with coupon up to the first street light, perform 5 Man-Makers
– leave the coupon, run back to the starting point.
SPRINT to your coupon, then pick it up and RUN it to the second street light, perform 6 Man-Makers
– leave the coupon, run back to the starting point
SPRINT to your coupon, then pick it up and RUN it to the 3rd street light, perform 7 Man-Makers

Continue as such until time is called, then carry coupons back to their home.
