We took off promptly from the startex toward main street and made our way down Mill St. then left to the “trail” and back East to Market St., South to Dupree, back out to Main and then a straight shot back to startex. According to several PAX in attendance, this resembled a drunken Woodstock walk of shame.

Back at the center of the amphitheater, YHC revealed the hidden weinke. We partnered up and one partner executed the listed exercise for AMRAP while the other speed rucked the perimeter of the amphitheater, then we switched. Squat thrusters, ruck-on lunges, raggedy annes, curls, and flutter kicks. After the 6 recovered, we continued rucking all the way around Hubbard and back up the hill to Main St, finally hitting some stairs at the end to get to endex with a minute to spare.

We welcomed 8-Bit’s buddy, Dick Cheney. (That’s a fun one to say.) He taught us some things about guns and shooting along the way. In the COT, we prayed for Sharapova and family. It was great to start a Saturday at Woodstock Rucks again. See y’all next week for the return of the HOOCH!
