The mosey started off at 6:30. YHC called MOSEY and due to the high intensity mumblechatter confusion ensued. The PAX strolled down to the playground area and carried out their exercise in the rain and sand. Big Boy Situps; Squats; Merkins; Flutter Kicks; Box Jumps; American Hammers; Derkins. While one partner did the exercise the other one did a lap with the coupon. when the coupon partner came back they did the same exercise as their partner. Then when the exercise partner came back they moved to the next exercise. At 7:20 YHC called for mary on the six. 6 minutes of mary was done until 7:30.
