Apparently Misty is a good Q, because he did the same workout on Monday at the Kodiak that YHC dreamed up.  YHC completely fartsacked on Monday (food, beverage, Super Bowl).  So YHC had no idea what happened at Kodiak on Monday.  Oops.

The Thang:

40’s with merkins and squats.
Start on track.  Run out of track and up right side of Metal Mountain (home bleachers).  Run across top of Metal Mountain and do 30 merkins.  Down left side of bleachers, around track to visitor bleachers.  Up one side and across top to do 10 squats.  Down and around track.  Repeat loop decreasing merkins by 5 and increasing squats by 5.

7’s at pullup bars with pullups and donkey kicks.

Mosey back to flag for 4 minutes of Mary.
TABATA workout with elbow plank and flutter kicks.  20 sec exercise, 10 sec rest.  switch repeat.

COT:

Prayers for Ellie.
Prayers for Haggis and family buying new house and selling current home.
Prayers for Doubtfire’s daughter as she continues to learn how to live without gymnastics.  It’s tough giving up your passion.

Naked Man Moleskin:

The Morningwood boys have no where else to run so they pester the Kodiak PAX.  Yes, apparently The Mole is Q-ing the same workout that Misty Q’d on Monday.  Shut it!
Dig-Em’s birthday is today.  He is finally able to drive legally.  But no tobacco or alcohol yet for you young man.  You still have some growing up to do for that.  Happy Birthday!!
Cricket continued to “drag” himself through the workout and lap everyone.
Haggis and Dig-Em only covered 23 miles before the workout.  Come on boys, step up your game.
Doubtfire shared his kinky roller device with The Mole before the workout.  Man has some weird stuff in the back of that Suburban.  Enter at own risk.
Is Miyagi for real?  I mean, who can be that quiet and peaceful and kind?  He’s got to be a serial killer.  When the documentary is filmed they will interview us and we will all be like, “I had no idea.”
