The Monster feat. Rihanna (Eminem): Big Boy Situps when Eminem is waking up to his monsters. Merkins while Rihanna looks for the monster under her bed. Swap on “but that’s not fair” because this workout is NOT FAIR!

Stairway to Heaven (Led Zeppelin): The Bearway to Heaven… Bear crawl 1 parking space. Burpee. Bear Crawl Back. Repeat to 7 spaces/7 burpees/7spaces back. During Jimmy Page’s LEGENDARY solo–Burpees OYO.

Up Down feat. Florida Georgia Line (Morgan Wallen): Got a fat bird from G-String at this point. LOVE THE HATE! Hold Air Chair. Up on “Up” and squat “down.” Sway your Air Chair during the “parking lot party” and Burpee when “holding it down here in BFE!”

Mary (Zac Brown Band): Just a little ditty for running to another area of the AO.

Bodies (Drowning Pool): No good wall, so modify. Hold plank for song. Merkins during “1, 2, 3, 4” and plank jacks when “the bodies hit the floor” BRUTAL

Free Bird (Lynyrd Skynyrd): 10 Squats, 2 Merkins, 10 Squats, 4 Merkins… all the way to 10 Merkins… and all the way back down! Still can’t fly when you’re done!!!

Flower (Moby): Viking Claps for “Sally Up” and otherwise hold arms at 90 degrees. During bridge, LOW squat with arms out. Tell me this isn’t shoulder torture. Dare you.

Mary, Mary (Run DMC): Ran out of time for Mary, but a great song for running back to the flag.
