1. YHC was called ‘mean’ by Dirty-D during coffeeteria in reference to the workout this morning. That meant a lot, thanks.
2. T-claps to Pecan (which I learned is pronounced pee-con) for pushing through and holding YHC ankles for wheelbarrows when he had just sprinted through his own and his body was definitely asking for a break. I let him know I wouldn’t judge if he splashed merlot on my back during the exercise. I meant it to be encouraging, but I think it just worsened the situation….
3. Don’t make eye contact with Snot Rocket during the Jane Fonda… You’ll get lost in his gaze.
