Short little mosey and a butchering of the warmup by YHC. SSH, weed pickers, windmills and michael phelps (OYO, just to watch Lawdog roll his eyes since they are an easy exercise to do in cadence)

I wanted to do a walls of Jericho, but getting up the hill and over to the backside of the school without headlamps could be detrimental to the Pax health and that is frowned upon. Modifying to keep it in the parking lot.

Started off going down the driveway and back to the parking lot and loop around the small section of the lot. No way we are going to get seven laps in if we continue that route, modifying again to do a lap of the parking lot. Between each lap seven reps of seven exercises.

Star jumps (Terrible idea right after the run) Merkins, Burpees, LBC, Squats, Leg lifts and Side straddle hops. Rinse and repeat until you complete seven rounds or run out of time like me.

We called it in time to let all the pax call some Mary before breaking down to the COT.

My quote of the day goes to Duggar as he was keeping me company. I had to ask how many kids he has since I was confident that is what lead to his name. After telling me he had six and I said I had five he said that is a good start.

Months of being out of commision took its toll on my weight, sanity, attitude and general outlook. Even though I was sucking wind and felt like I was going to merlot I was thrilled to be back out in the gloom. Now I need to make sure I don’t snooze that alarm each AM.

Prayers for all of the F3 men and praises to be able to be back out in the gloom together.
