Special Nooner to support the Wafflest of Cones.  We moseyed over to the circle before the small trail system and did some WOR stuff.  we then moseyed to the top of the hill above the tennis/pickleball courts.

11’s- raise the roof merkins and imperial walker squats.  sprinkled in trivia about WC each time we got to the top of the hill.  if we got it wrong, we did JLo’s which are WC’s least favorite F3 exercise.  We did A LOT of JLo’s!!!!

Long moseyed over to the coupon stash for a modified Diego.  Coupon work w/ a partner. One partner did exercise while other partner would Bernie to a point and mosey back.

YHC was honored to be able to get out in the Nooner Gloom to Q a BD for WC.  He is spinning a lot of plates, and YHC is just glad that he can help in any way.

Vanilli- 6th man.  EH’d himself.  Love that.

Sitch- asked what the reward was for getting the WC trivia correct because there didn’t seem to be one.  YHC pointed out that the reward was NOT having to do JLo’s.

BoSox- got more questions right than anyone, but that is not saying a lot.
