We paired off in 9 groups where one partner would run lap while the other completed AMRAP beatdown exercises starting with A.  When the partner would return from the run they would switch places.  As the 2nd partner completed their run, the team would then choose a random card from the deck and complete the associated number of reps from the card per the suit that was drawn together.  2-Ace (11) with Jokers counting as 10 of each suit.  Upon team completion, first partner would take off running and 2nd partner began exercise B, and so forth.  The goal was to collect the best five card hand during the beatdown.  Cue the Salsa Music!

At 38 minutes, we stopped to determine best five card hand, with winners getting their choice of ab workouts while the rest of us completed an “I’m too Sexy” run comprised of group run around lap with merkins every time the singer claimed that he was too sexy (22 times in 2:50 song).

COT- 20 men joined us today whether walking or running and we were appreciative to have Oddjob be the 6th man.  He spoke of what F3 has meant to him in the past 3 years and how we can pray for him.
