The Thang: Dora – partner up. While partner A takes a lap around the island at the front of the school, partner B starts on merkins. Switch and continue count when partner A gets back. 100 merkins, 200 big bois, 300 imperial walkers…kodiak count…and that was the first mistake.

With time running short and everyone having a new appreciation for how difficult 300 imperial walkers are we moved over and lined up for a merkin ladder. 21 merkins then run to the other end of parking lot. 20 merkins and run back. 19 merkins and back to the other end. So no and so forth. We ran out of time, but not before everybody was over doing merkins.

Back to the flag for some Mary. Yokel’s pick was American Hammers, Dunshire went with some LBCs and Westside of course chose Monkey Humpers to finish things off.

COT: Duggar joined the COT remotely after putting in 2.5 miles on his own. Continued to pray for him and his family, Hombre and Red Hat as well. Also, prayed for all those with unspoken prayer needs and those guys that have fallen out of F3 that they may return to the gloom again soon.
