INTRO:
It was great morning at The Safari. It has been about a month since YHC’s last Q at this AO, there is always a great group, and the possibility of Zebra cakes made it even better.

WARM-O-RAMA:
We did a short mosey around the parking lot and did he following:

Good Mornings – 10 IC
Imperial Walker – 11 IC
Weed Pickers – 10 IC
Michael Phelps – OYO

THE THANG:
We then moseyed to baseball fields and lined up where YHC explained the following:

Due to the numbers, we would split into 2 groups with one group Indian Running clockwise and the other running counterclockwise. Instead of the last PAX running to the front of the line, he would run to the pitcher’s mound at perform 20 reps of the following:

1. Merkins
2. Jump Squats
3. Carolina Dry Docks
4. SSHs
5. Burpees

The PAX would perform the Merkins, run to the front of the line, and the last PAX would go and do the Merkins. The plan was to get through all 5 exercises. After about the 10th lap, it was turning into an Indian Run Marathon. YHC called an audible and we stopped after the Carolina Dry Docks. With time left, we moseyed back to the Flag, said good morning to the two cops taking pictures of the stars, and did the following:

The PAX would partner up. #1 PAX would do an Air Chair with Overhead Claps while PAX #2 did 50 Plank Jacks. When finished with the 50 Plank Jacks, switch. We did 3 rounds!

Finally, a quick mosey to my favorite part of the AO, the Stairway to Heaven. We did 7’s with Exile Merkins at the top and Squats at the bottom!

With a few minutes left for Mary, YHC, Duggar, and Chitwood finished up with some Dolly, Reverse Squats, and American Hammers!

CIRCLE OF TRUST:
We discussed Misty’s CSAUP weekend and the upcoming Spartans. We also asked for prayers for our leaders, teachers and community as well as those on the DL.

NAKED-MOLE SKIN:
