Had the PAX count off and split into groups. they didn’t like my method and reformatted. that’s fine. the whole reason for groups was to run in groups, but they didn’t know that… they didn’t care… it’s fine. I’m not upset. it’s fine…

Run 1 lap around Hobgood loop – about 1/2 mi

Bear crawl up the Left walkway to the picnic tables and perform 5 burpees, 10 box jumps, 15 merkins, 20 squats, 25 ssh and bear crawl down the opposite walkway back to the track.

Rinse • Repeat • Miles • Heart rate. Those were the requirements I was given for today.

Wrapped about 0610 for a short burst of Mary and a quick mosey back to the flag.

YHC had to run after names so our fearless leader, Maaco, handled COT. I’m sure it was amazing.

Today was fun. 3rd time at the Arena so I’m still getting a grasp of “miles, hills, high impact, sandbags the last Thursday of the month” I think we got enough mileage and enough high heart rate today. I wasn’t happy that Exile was drafting behind me on one lap. he thinks he’s sneaky, but he’s got a heavy foot strike and an oddly satisfying giggle when he’s trying to be clever. he forced a sprint race the last 200M or so. not pleasant… and he smiled the whole time… typical
