6 men braved the weather to get better at the Vineyard.

Short mosey around the parking lot into some weedpickers, imperial walkers, sun gods, and Michael Phelps.

The Thang:

15 reps each of the following exercises

Merkins, squats, flutterkicks, SSH, decline merkins.  After this sequence, PAX take one lap around the parking lot.  Continue this rotation until time.

COT:  prayers for Tiny Tat and Lizard King’s neighbor Avery, who had a stroke at 41, Twilight’s housing situation, and all the kids taking end of year tests.

The weather held off for the most part this morning after some lighting threatened to cancel it.  Great to have this group out today.
