Intro:

Was worried about numbers today.  We lost some solid HCs to moves, some went to gym to stare at themselves in the mirror, some we are waiting for DL clearance and some just might be too old for back to back workouts.  You figure out who you are.

Warm-o-Rama:

Nothing much. Check your lights, start your watch

The Thang:

Shooting for distance and with Manning breathing down my back, the pace was gonna be quick. Crossed the creek and found little blue. Hoping that would silence the mumble chatter but it might have killed Seaman.  Back to the flag for non existent coffee and flag.

COT:

Naked Man Moleskin:

Now I know how the restaurant folks feel when they see the health department walk in for a surprise inspection.  I knew I should have brought an extra pair of underpants.

Number are low today.

Manning showed up dressed like the grandpa he is and doing some weird stretching that he might have picked up from the new 50 Shades movie.  All complaints as usual and gives us a low score just to keep the Witch out in front for running AOs.

Seaman made a surprise re-appearance and talking like he might stick around for a bit in 2020.  Got himself some new shoes and wants to get his money’s worth on the dirt.  Hope Manning didn’t scare him away!
