Mosey from lot to one loop around Mosquito Flats.  Begin 2 interval laps at uncomfortable pace around Mosquito Flats, 2 mins recovery between.  Proceed to counter clockwise climbing up Van Michael trail to the 420 Climb Loop.  Begin 3 X 420 Climb loops at uncomfortable pace with 1 minute recovery between each.  Return back down to Mosquito Flats for recovery back to Flag.

Interval prize goes to Lexi who really had an uncomfortable opening lap???? but made it through.
