Intro:

YHC was very excited last night when I saw Floppy HC.  Then ALL of the Jeeps showed up (minus Pelosi, disappointing).  Although Nantan Cricket could not be there, he must have but the Cricket Symbol up in the sky and had all his helpers show up in his absence.  We were taught a little new math today in Ball Ground → Kiffin+Homeboy+Manning+Grylls+Garfield = 1 Cricket.

Warm-up:

LOOOOOOOOONG mosey to the bottom of the hill then circle up for some IC Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, and SSH with or without voice cracks.  Finish the run to the top of the hill for what should have been a much quicker explanation than it was.

The Thang:

Simple but effective-

100 Merks, Squats, & Big Boy Sit-ups (can be broken up how ever you want)

Then take the small lap (infront of the school)

75 of each exercise then the small lap + the extra side parking lot

50 of each exercise then run to the bottom of the hill and back

Lastly, 25 of each exercise then take the long lap.

Pick up the 6 when done (not mary at the flag)

We had just enough time to knock out a couple of burpees before 6:15

I was not aware that we were going to be invaded the way we were this morning.  I would say it was nice to see some old (OLD) familiar faces that I have not had the pleasure of enjoying the company of for a while, but Those guys don’t believe in backblasts anyhow, so they will never see this.  Either way, thanks for invading us this morning 😉
