We finally arrived at the end of the 2020 IPC Challenge and the Boy’s from Greenwood left the best for last with a new routine that we will be doing again sometime in the future..Murder Bunnies! For the first time of the 2020 IPC, all PAX finished within 45 minutes, but we did go a little past the 6:15am mark. YHC had planned to skipped the warm up to get early start, but we had 3 FNGs. YHC wanted the FNGs to get a taste of the warm-up mosey and the warm-up, so we did that! Everyone was okay going a little over in time. It’s fall break and it felt like it!

FNG Skittles fit right in and finished in the fastest time at just under 40 mins. YHC, Earhart and WALL-E were right behind him. WALL-E was an FNG last Monday and has done weeks 3 & 4 of the IPC. He also posted during Hurricane Sally last Thursday! I think he has drank the F3 kool-aid! This morning was also great, with Llama and Shnitzel bring their 2.0s out for the first time. What were you doing when you were 9 & 10, on fall break? I know that I was not working out with my dad at 5:30am in morning!

Again, great time this morning, but I am glad that IPC 2020 is over! Rest Stop out!
