The Thang:

Moseyed up to the carpool lane for:

Capoot

• 100 Merkins (a.k.a. – Push-Ups)
• 800 meter Run
• 75 Merkins
• 1,200 meter Run
• 50 Merkins
• 1,600 meter Run
• 25 Merkins
• 2,000 meter Run

Called it with 3 minutes left and we moseyed back to the flag to finish.

Naked Man Moleskin:

This routine kicked our butts. My arms are literally dead. Good work for all that decided to show up despite having read this routine prior. Also, good luck to those that will be taking this on later in the week. Can’t wait to see what they roll out for next week.
