Iron PAX week 3; Sets of Merkins and Squats (descending from 100) with 200m runs in between. All PAX completed with an average time of 38min 37 sec… or that was my time. Good work all. Tenderloin completed on Monday so he modified and Lightning is a cheater and shaves reps, he’s 8 so I guess YHC can give him a little break
