Started off strong with some weedpickers and then it all fell apart in the warmup when YHC screwed up the cadence count for SSHs. Bailed on cadence and did some OYO sun gods and michael phelps before getting to the thang.

11s – up one hill for big boy sit ups and up the other side hill for merkins, decreasing one and increasing the other while always adding up to 11.

tire flips – partner up and while partner A flips their tire across the parking lot back and forth, partner B runs down and around the bus circle and back switching out. 2 rounds and just enough time to redeposit the tires and hightail it back to the flag. A few more Mary reps and time was up.
