100 merkins (feet on block) P1 does 10 reps decline Merkins while P2 holds plank
200 LBCs P1 does 20 reps with block on chest while P2 holds 6 inches with block in the air
300 squats P1 does 25 reps with block while P2 holds air chair with block.

1 Incline Merkin (feet on block). Then 4 OHP with block. YHC really messed this one up after about 5 rounds maybe so we modified for that reason and time. Put they blocks away.
