It was a dark and fairly warm morning. We moseyed to a section of the parking lot and did the Warm-o-Rama, where we enjoyed SSH’s, Weed Pickers, and Imperial Walkers.

The Thang:

We used the F3 Deck of Cards with two stacks: One stack revealed the number of reps, and the other stack revealed the exercise. Face cards were number plus ten, Royal cards were 25, and Aces were 100. We had amazing amounts of fun with a great variety of leg, core, arm, and running exercises. Yes we did hit several aces. Sheesh.

We ran a triangle lap, and since the Q did a poor job of watching the clock, we ran out of time, ending with a circle of trust.

We prayed for a number of items – ThunderLips is expecting a baby, family members, and encouraged the PAX to reach out if they needed a listening ear. We are here for each other.
